How to Raise a Complaint

Haltechni Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

• Your experience calling or messaging Haltechni Concrete
• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship, and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, start by talking to the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please understand that Haltechni Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@haltechni.quest and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted Haltechni Concrete or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our reply does not resolve things, answer the email and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
