Haltechni Concrete is a referral service for homeowners planning new concrete driveways and stamped concrete patios. That is the whole job. We listen to what you want, then connect you with independent local providers who do the work.
Why this site exists
Starting a concrete project can feel like a lot. Who do you call? What should you ask? Is it too late in the season? This site gives you one calm place to begin, so you are not guessing alone. Our goal is to make the first step simple and clear.
How matching works
You tell us what you have in mind and where your home is. We pass that along to providers in our network who serve your area and take on that type of work. Availability varies, so a match depends on the provider's schedule and service area.
What we ask of providers
We ask providers to be clear about their work, to give written quotes, and to treat your home with respect. Providers are responsible for their own licenses, insurance and permits where local rules require them. You should ask to see them. Do not just take anyone's word for it.
What we do not do
We do not pour, cut, stamp or finish concrete. We do not set your price or sign your contract. The agreement is between you and the provider. We also do not handle repair emergencies or customer-service questions about past jobs. This site is for new projects.
How the site is paid
Homeowners are not charged by Haltechni Concrete for a referral. Providers in our network may pay a fee to receive homeowner requests. That fee does not change what you owe for the work, and you should always compare more than one written quote if you can.
Seasons and timing
Plan with the seasons. Concrete likes mild, steady weather. Cold snaps, freeze-thaw cycles and spring snowmelt can slow a project, and coastal storms can shift a schedule. A local provider can tell you what is realistic for your yard and your calendar.
